Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the software ("Software") provided by DarkServ ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Software.

License and Restrictions

1.1 License:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software for your personal or internal business purposes.

1.2 Restrictions:
You shall not:

a) Crack or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software in any way;

b) Share, distribute, or transfer your license key or any other means of access to the Software;

c) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;

d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership:
The Software and all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, associated with the Software, are the sole and exclusive property of DarkServ or its licensors.

2.2 Feedback:
You may choose to provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Software to DarkServ. You agree that DarkServ shall have the right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the Software without any obligation or compensation to you.

Updates and Support

3.1 Updates:
DarkServ may provide updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Software from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that the installation of such updates is at your sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

3.2 Support:
DarkServ may provide technical support for the Software at its discretion. However, DarkServ is not obligated to provide support, and any support provided shall be subject to these Terms and any separate support agreement, if applicable.

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment after it has been successfully processed, we will immediately terminate your license key and blacklist you from our services. In severe cases, we reserve the right to publicly disclose the incident to protect the integrity of our community. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes are taken seriously and will result in permanent consequences.

Termination

4.1 Termination by You:
You may stop using the Software at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

4.2 Termination by DarkServ:
DarkServ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

5.1 The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties or representations, express or implied.
DarkServ disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall DarkServ or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages,
arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the seller's country of origin, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the seller's country of origin. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

General Provisions

8.1 Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DarkServ concerning the Software and supersede all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.

8.2 Modifications:
DarkServ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Software after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

8.3 Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

8.4 No Waiver:
The failure of DarkServ to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by DarkServ in writing.

8.5 All purchases are final and we will not issue refunds.

8.6 We are not liable for any in-game suspensions or bans that may occur as a result of using our software.

8.7 Before making a purchase, please carefully review the product description and ensure that it is compatible with your machine.

8.8 By making a purchase from DarkServ, you agree to be bound by our terms of service, which may be updated or modified at any time.

8.9 Fraudulent payments and disputes are not tolerated. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to request verification and may revoke your license key.

9.0 You are responsible for reviewing our terms of service and complying with them. We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any member who violates our terms of service.

9.1 We have the right to revoke or terminate your license key if we suspect you of violating our terms of service.

9.2 By making a purchase from DarkServ, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase from our store.

9.3 If you claim that an account has been banned due to hardware or ID bans, please note that refunds will not be issued. It's important to understand that game developers often impose hardware or ID bans to ensure fair play and discourage tool misuse.

9.4 Each time you access or use this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use, which may be updated occasionally without notice. Additionally, if you use specific services on or through this website, those services may have their own rules which are incorporated into these Terms of Use.
