License Keys are unique digital products intended for use by the purchasing customer unless otherwise specified.
Once a License Key has been delivered, displayed, revealed, or otherwise made accessible to the customer, it is considered delivered.
Customers are responsible for redeeming and storing License Keys securely after delivery.
DarkServ cannot guarantee replacement of License Keys that have been lost due to customer error after successful delivery.
Some products may be advertised as Lifetime.
For the purposes of these Terms, a Lifetime Product provides access for the lifetime of the specific product or project provided by the original developer.
Lifetime does not mean the lifetime of the customer.
If the original developer permanently discontinues, shuts down, or abandons the product or service, the Lifetime License shall be considered fulfilled.
DarkServ is not responsible for decisions made by third-party developers regarding product discontinuation or service availability.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and any applicable system requirements before placing an order.
DarkServ does not guarantee compatibility with every operating system, hardware configuration, software environment, or future updates unless expressly stated in the product description.
Purchasing an incompatible product due to failure to review the listed requirements does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

DarkServ does not store complete payment card information.
We reserve the right to request additional verification before completing an order where fraud prevention measures indicate an elevated risk.
